Final results and opening night photos from

“The First Annual Student Show“

Artwork exhibition/ contest from Michael Seewald's past students was held
September 7 thru September 21st 2002
Artist reception  was held 6:30 – 9 pm.
About 20 students entered and some 30 images were hung.

(free Seewald 'outdoor photo workshop class' worth $195).

Judges' note:   While I was certainly impressed with the overall work, some of the students need to
review their notes.  Some basic flaws should have been avoided in the compositions. 
Some needed better matting (more width, or less) and frames (same, or less distracting),
while others needed a better system for hanging the art, ie wires.

Overall, the show was highly rated by customers, and some interest in purchasing was expressed.
