AOL folks:
We have had a problem with our web host, as they have reported
some AOL folks hit the 'spam' button to remove us instead of
sending a 'please remove' letter back to us if they decide to
cancel receiving our newsletters. This in turn causes problems
with our server, as AOL stops all mail from their company, in and out,
affecting hundreds of their website customers.  OUCH!

Please remember, 'Seewald's Newsletters' are not spam and
to properly send a 'please remove us'  letter if you ever decide to
cancel your subscription, OK?  Swear on your uncles grave?
