After getting over jetlag and working the wonderful town of Aix-en-Provence, just north of Marseille, the lovely bride and I started out on our journey of exploring the countryside in our rental car.  The first village we chose to stay in was Lourmarin, in a cozy ‘bed and breakfast’. It was in a picturesque two story home just on the edge of town. Provencial food is indescribably delicious and we really got into the popular varied cheese desert plates.  We split all the meals -way too much for us. The first morning we found this restaurant with its wonderful light.  The owners, busy cooking in the back, did not even know we came in until I was finished and packed up.  Not to miss a shot I always shoot first and ask questions later.
